LapFix Computer Repair Services

LapFix is now my go to business for computer repairs. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and professional. Unlike other computer repair businesses LapFix educates you and explains the problem and the options that you have. They kept me informed throughout the repair and then did a follow up the day after I brought my laptop home to make sure that I had no problems. I very highly recommend LapFix, I have never had a computer repair company experience better than I had with LapFix.

Brought in a decade old Mac air. I changed the battery but it was still having ram issues and not turning on. I had it mostly disassembled the tech took maybe 5-10 mins to see that it was indeed the ram and since it was soldered on it would cost $350 to repair. $75 for the minimal diagnostic “work” seems excessive. I paid and left feeling ripped off. Ah well…seems like the guy will up charge and take advantage to make an extra buck off the customer
