I will start off by saying I usually don’t post negative reviews. I hold things in and call it a loss because I believe in small businesses. But this was important for me to share as I do not want anyone to go through what I went through. I will start off by pointing out this store does not distinguish from the fact that it is actually located inside a LAUNDRY mat. It took me several minutes driving in circles until a person outside told me where to go. I believe the lack of distinction is to protect the overall false image of the store. The location was unsafe and the physical address of the store is not shared with patrons. Now onto the important parts. Getting my iPhone screen fixed here was absolutely horrible. The attendant did a horrible job, my screen blacks out after 5 minutes. The keys all have become distorted and combined so when I type, there is no distinction between the letters. I would be very cautious of going here. We all want a deal but it does come at a price. Apple is relunctant to help because of the policy once you fix your phone elsewhere, you cannot get it fixed at Apple. Just be mindful, I am warning others and sharing my experience in hopes that the same won’t happen to them.

Great experience today! Fast response, fantastic price, and it took 20 minutes to get my iPhone screen replaced. Excellent service! I’ll definitely keep bringing my broken screens here.

If you need your data transferred or phone repaired fast, look nowhere else. I had broken my phone to such a degree that the touch screen was inoperable. After my new phone came, I needed my data transferred because I didn't have anything backed up. I called a few repair shops in the area and most of them quoted $400 to fix the screen - even though it was just the data I needed transferred. I went to Cell Zone and after a few minutes, my pictures and documents were on my new phone! He didn't even need to do anything with the screen, he managed to make it work. He also helped me completely wipe out my data from my old phone so that I could send it back to my phone carrier without the worry of having my information compromised. All this for less than $50! This place is a true Godsend!

Fast and trusting. Brought phone that got repair with in half an hr from walking in. Last time i took my phone to repair was at UBreakIFix they told me me that a screen repair was going to be a day then they took three days and they left screws loose and the lcd screen wasnt even good and was over charged this guy fixed it with out issues and left it back as new if you want someone who can work fast and cheap this is the place to be (:

I went to this place on 10/13/2019 . I asked the the repair person , how long will it take to change an IPhone XR LCD? He told me 30 min. I had an elderly person in my car waiting for me . I decided to wait the 30 min ... This guy opened my Iphone and had it in 2 parts . 30 min passed by and nothing had happened . I asked the guy , what happened ? He told me 30 min . He called someone and said , the LCD is been brought by someone. I was there for 50 min and no one came to bring the LCD, this guy didnt have the part and i had to wait . I told him i couldnt wait for him any more and if he can give me my Iphone. He wanted to charge me $35 because the repair process had already started . I refused to pay since is not my fault he didnt have the new LCD , he told me , HE WILL GIVE ME THE PHONE AS IS. He had already taken out some screws and i dont know where they go . I believe this is very unethical from this person. Not reliable and very fishy . I personally dont like to leave my Iphone with the repair person because i know of many cases where they will switch your iphone parts with a Chinese product . You as a customer wont know because when you come back for your phone everything is sealed and you yourself wont open it to check . I had the feeling this guy was making waste my time , another person would have probably left the phone with the repair person , God knows what he could do to your phone . This is my assumption . The guy told me the LCD will arrive in “15 min.” ThenHe added “10 min “ then he told him is taking long because is coming from Maryland. I told him it wouldnt take 15 min to cone from Maryland to the store it was 1:10pm when i walked in i left at 1:50 pm . The guy never arrived with the LCD , i had to tell this guy to give me my phone or otherwise ill call the police . Finally he agree to put everything back and gave it to me . I would never go back there not even recommend it . I only talk about this place to tell other people not to come here since the customer service is very poor and unethical . The description from this guy , he is not tall , he is hispanic , his hair had a blond color on top and you barely see his eyes .
