Im blown away! Amazing I had an issue with multiple components of my PC. Service was amazing, showed me exactly what was wrong. Sourced all the new parts for me, rebuilt my PC to perfection right away. Even found the best deals for the parts! Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone that needs computer help!

Being that my laptop was close to 10 years old and I should have gotten it diagnosed/fixed more than a year ago when it started malfunctioning… I didn’t and the end result is that it wasn’t fixable in a cost effective way ;/ However, I have great appreciation and respect for Richard who was highly skilled in determining my laptop issue and researching the best fix possible when he realized it wasn’t something he could solve for me. He even picked up and dropped it off to me! While this was a bust, I’ll certainly reach out in a much more proactive manner for all future computer repairs! I did not end up using them, but that’s actually why I gave them 5 stars. Richard told me that because it was a cheap chrome book, it would be more cost effective for me to buy a new one rather than have him repair it. He was very kind, and I appreciated his honesty! If I have a repair I need for a more costly computer, I’ll reach out to him.

I'd give Richard 6 stars if I could. I'll admit I was a but skeptical when a man I had never met before pulled up outside of my apartment as I handed over my $4,000 PC, but he managed to fix my baby. For reference, I would like to think I am above average when it comes to technology (this was my 3rd computer I've built and recently learned how to solder). Despite my experience, I was not able to troubleshoot why my PC wouldn't POST. Richard fixed my computer and was very transparent about pricing, providing communication along the way about where he was in the process. As long as I am in DC, I won't go to anyone else for tech repair. VIP service!
