I was looking for a 4 pack of HP printer ink,, which showed in stock at the store. There were none on display. I took 2 packages for the equivalent to the checkout to see if I could get them for the 4 pack price. The clerk pulled a 4 pack from a cabinet behind her! It rang up at $146. I pulled it up on the stores website and showed her that the website shows a price of $135. She did correct it, but watch out. The only #9 window envelopes (for printer checks) they sell are in a box of 500. With on line payments becoming so ubiquitous, 500 will last me more than 10 years!

I went to my local Staples store but the product i was there for was sold out. it was a 2 hr drive but i wanted that printer that was on sale so i asked the associate to call ahead to make sure it was there. it was and I went right along very happy to say i was easily able to set it up myself also and was assisted to carry it out to my vehicle by another associate in that store!!!

Jeffrey and his team in the print shop are incredible...kind, quick, and incredibly helpful. It's rare to find this combination of knowledge and friendliness. This is honestly going to be my main resource in town moving forward...these guys are true gems.
