Terrible service. They didn't even take a look at my iPad before telling me they can't help me due to the fact that I came a hour earlier than scheduled for an appointment with them. I asked them to just hold my iPad until the appointment time because I had to get back to work. They denied me and said they can't do anything until my appointment time. They also denied to keep my iPad until the appointment time. I was told there would be no availability to schedule me for appointment after my work schedule. They employee look at me and said there is absolutely nothing they could do for me. I went to the mall and got the iPad fixed the same day at a repair booth. 35 dollar fix. Funny best buy couldn't do anything to service me or help at all. Geek squad is terrible.

I was waiting for a repair when a lady brought her printer in. I was listening to their explanation and the guy told her to just buy a new one. I turned to my wife with mouth ajar, all she needed was the sensor to be cleaned on the cartridge. Hell even just buying new ink to replace that bit would have been fine. Might be a one off situation but that guy and his lack of confidence in his voice was clear they had no idea what the issue was. I wanted so badly to help but was told to just let it be. Sorry lady.

Signed up for a Geek Squad membership a month ago and have been to my local store for two appointments now. Both times I have ran into issues. First appointment they set up my new LapTop and forgot to give me back the charger, got 20 miles away and realized. Of course had to go back to the store to pick up. They did give me a credit which was nice. Second time, today, had a horrible experience. Had an appointment for 1:20, was 5 minutes late and they turned me away and said I would have to make another appointment. The agent argued with me on what time I got there. SO unprofessional and a real big pain. Again had to drive way out of my way and take time off of work to be turned away for being 5 minutes late!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

I made a reservation and went in for a battery cell phone replacement. Everything went smoothly, and the technician was very helpful. Cost was reasonable. Thanks geek squad!
