Came into the shop because I needed a specially tiny screwdriver to replace the battery on one of my devices. Ken was super helpful! Not only did he let me borrow the tool, but he also spent 20+ minutes, at the end of his day, helping me get the battery into place. He has also installed an extra hard drive on my computer in a previous occasion. 10 out of 10 would recommend for your computer/tech needs.

Ken was extremely helpful for me this morning. I called a little bit after the shop opened and got the voice-mail which was no problem, left a voice-mail and called back a couple hours later. On my second call, Ken answered right away, I explained my problem to the best of my ability, he gave me an easy, probable solution that I was able to try right away and my problem was immediately solved with minimal time and effort plus the bonus of no expenses being necessary! Ken is skillful and easy to deal with. Prices are very reasonable. Sometimes he's backlogged, but nothing that can't be managed. I've taken a couple of problems to him and been entirely satisfied.
