Thank you for being there for my numerous electronic needs, and for being very patient, plus it helps with your great since of humor. I go to different stores and talk on the phone and I find that people are always in a hurry and always in a rush and they really dont care about the customer , not like years ago. It is refreshing to talk with you because you are always friendly and easy going, always a great listener and you can tell that you care. You take time with each and every customer. I just want to say thank you for being a great store owner with a heart.

Very professional and answered all questions easily. Travis built my $2,400 computer in less than a day with no issues at all! Excellent cable management and rgb assistance. I had a slight internet problem but he had it fixed immediately. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Absolutely first rate! I made the mistake of driving all the way to Burlington to have my HP laptop with screen issue repaired only to wait 7 days and be charged $106. They tried to also get me to replace my battery on a 1 year old lap top for $199. Paid the $106 and got home only to find the exact same issue with my screen going blank. I took it to Pure PC and he fixed it on the spot - it was a software issue. Works fine now and the bill was a massive $20! Haha. Yep 20 dollars vs 140 mile round trip drive to Burlington and a $106 bill with a implied $199 fix which never was the problem! Thanks Pure PC repair - great fast and cheap job!

I cannot say how pleased I am with PurePC Repair. I dropped my ancient computer off at 1:00pm and received a call at 3:30 the same day telling me it was ready. Travis was very patient in explaining all he did as I am not computer savvy at all. He was pleasant and obviously very good at what he does. I was also pleased with the cost and it was substantially less expensive then buying a new machine. Thank you Travis and "great job".

I am overjoyed and completely breathtaking by the professionalism and skill this man has I went into his shop with my gaming computer and it was making a horrible, horrible fan noise. I bring it into him he cleaned it. He explained it to me, and he talked to me. He answered my questions, even if they were unrelated, I went in there with $100 thinking that’s how much it was going to cost to fix it and he told me it was only $20 to clean it and I was shocked. I definitely recommend this computer repair man for anybody in the NEK or even in Vermont. You won’t get service like this anywhere else. If anything happens to my computer I’m definitely going back I love my computer and I want the best service for it because I paid a lot of money for it and this man delivers that good service. thank you for fixing it for me. I appreciate it.
