Big fan of this spot. My 2015 MacBook Air was running really slow and I needed it for work. I gave them a call and Brett spoke with me on the phone for a good 15 minutes. Thats not it! When I went in to drop it off we talked some more for probably another 20 minutes and we ended up going a different route that I felt way better about. He took a bunch of time to walk me through all the different options I had and was very transparent. Highly recommend checking this place out with any computer questions.

I had an issue with an external optical hard drive. Computers for Change helped with evaluating and diagnosing the issue in a timely fashion. They were professional and courteous, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Although they could not fix the problem, they recommended a data recover service that could. I am impressed with their customer service. I'll definitely be returning if I have any other issues.
