Today I needed a photo printed for a very special situation. I went to Staples after I had paid to have a photo printed by a different retailer that was so poorly done I could not use it. Addy, the lady that helped me took the time to not only reprint my photo both landscape and portrait so I could choose which way it looked better, she also was able to improve the photo quality so that it printed out even better than the original photo I brought in! She was amazing and so kind and helpful and went way above and beyond to ensure I was extremely happy with not only the quality but the awesome customer service!
