Quick service. I was welcomed with a smile and the prices were super competitive for iPhone screen replacement.

**PLEASE READ** my honest review is the customer service was great and they were very nice to me and offered to put my screen protector on for me. The phones are in good condition and I bought an iphone 12 for $275. **HOWEVER** the batteries in the phone are not apple brand and it says in settings “unrecognized battery”. This MAY or MAY NOT cause lag or fast battery drainage. Because of this, apple cannot help you if you’re phone has issues. Despite this though, they have fun colors of iphones and cute cases for them and I enjoyed buying my phone from here. For the price, I think it’s worth it.

Not a good experience, he promised me a lover price then went back on it. He recommended an after market screen even though I did research and most after market screens are crap. But I went with his recommendation. Sure enough, it was defective. I came back to get it replaced when they opened. His employee was 15 minutes late and didn't speak English. Then it turns out they didn't have another screen in stock. Plus on top of all that he said 20 minute repair time to get me in the store but it ended up being an hour.

Slow Customer Service Even When First We arrived on a Wednesday night needing a battery change for a phone and waited over an hour for them to just get started on repairs. They first had to take 15 minutes to finish a repair and then helped 3 other people who arrived after us. It was basically closing time by the time everything was done. Their prices aren't that great either for the wait and there is a language barrier since at the time we went there was only one purely Spanish speaking person. The actual repair took probably 15 minutes or less. They really need to make sure two people are staffed at all times so that repairs are quick. This place is probably great for the Spanish-speaking community, but for us it was too slow for something that wouldn't have taken so long.
