Great service! Quick fix when we traveled through town from Chattanooga, Tennessee and my wife's phone took an attempted early flight home and landed face first into a sharp rock. Next time her phone plans to travel with us.

Worst experience I've had getting my tablet repaired. Took in a fully functional tablet for crack screen repair only, but after 3 weeks I called to find out status of repair, told it couldn't be repaired a " stripped screw" prevented them getting screen off..so upon picking it up- holy crap it was in pieces huge chunks of glass missing and not functional at all alex Swenson tech said" that sometimes happens with repairs"..If id known my tablet was goig to get obliterated, I'd not taken it in..don't take it to this place!!! If I could give a zero i would!

Wonderful service, great people. They walked me through a tough situation with Samsung's warranty and were very patient with me. Will definitely come back for any issues regarding my phone. Shout-out to Alex for being professional and helpful and Dave for being very friendly.
