We had an iPhone 6 with not one but 2 long screw damages due to a screen replacement from another place. The phone had some important data and we kept it since it was damaged 4 years ago hoping one day there would be someone in Utah that specialized in this kind of service. After researching it for years, we came across Tech MD. Called them and someone picked the phone right up, it was Dustin. Dustin assured me they would bring the phone back to life one way or another without any data loss. Brought the phone in and as they said they brought the phone back to life. Thank you Dustin and Gerardo for the micro soldering service on the logic board. The only company to do this kind of work in Utah! Keep up with the great work guys.

Dustin was quick to do my repair on my iPad screen. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad to have found him via Google - he is in salt lake county but I know there are others that work with him through out Utah.

Tech MD is a lifesaver!! The owner accommodated with my time and made an exception to fix my screen right away instead of having to wait 2 hours. I got my phone back within 15 minutes and it was only $95 with the deal they had going on. It’s the cheapest price I could find in the area. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you!

I just called the store and had a very disappointing experience. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked why he was treating me like that and if he was having a bad day, he responded that he has a bad day when people don’t know what they want. What's wrong with you, dude? I just wanted to know the price for a screen replacement and if I need to make an appointment, as the store used to allow walk-ins. When I warned him about the review I would write and asked for his name, he replied, "I guess you will never know." To the store owner, if you read this review, the call was made on June 21 at 11:18 AM. It's important to understand that not everyone is tech-savvy, which is why we rely on stores like yours to assist with our problems. Improving your customer service skills would go a long way in helping customers feel valued and supported. P.S. I read in another review the owner replying that the technicians there will continue to be rude as they are tech guys and not receptionist. Well, that’s why they will keep being employees forever if they don’t improve their customer service skills. I just called Cell Again, and the customer service was night and day compared to what you get here. Sorry to involve the guy at Cell Again in this review, but I just want to illustrate the difference. The price was the same, but I will drive all the way there and give him a nice tip after the repair. I really wish you guys the best. Even with that horrible experience, I don’t wish anything but the best for anyone. I will delete this review in a few days after the owner sees it; I just want to help here.
