Everybody needs good IT support. PCLaptop is our go-to guys. We buy our machines from them. They know the components and maintain all for good performance. We vote them a good value!! We own our machines much longer than our past big box purchases. Cheers to our guy, Ricki who keeps us functioning with minimal disruption.

Ed helped out with my girlfriends PC and was able to tell me some fan recommendations which was very helpful, they took good care of me and I will for sure be coming back for any kind of PC related problems.

Bronson was an amazing help! We were having issues with my daughter's computer and they took it in immediately. He said that he would need a little time to look it over and within an hour, Bronson called me back and said her computer was ready. We really appreciate all the friendly and expedient service that we got from Bronson and PC Laptops!!!

last year I brought my PC laptop in because the fan was making noises, the guy treated me like I was an idiot and when I picked it up a few days later he said (now questioning if it ever happened) they replaced the fan. Here it is a year later and my laptop overheated and shutdown making beeping noises which I knew was because it overheated. They kept my laptop stating it needed a new fan... So they've had my laptop for 3 weeks they Never call me back so I've called them now 3 Times and now they're saying it's going to take 4-6 weeks to get a fan in... How come they didn't have this issue before and why (if they really did replace the fan originally) do they need to replace it Again? Something fishy going on here .. Oh and on top of that they said the new (presumably) 3rd fan will cost 140$...
