Went in because I was having issues with my new Apple Watch not syncing to my phone. As a mom of 3 busy + curious kids I was a little overwhelmed but left with a resolved issue and happy kids. The geek squad employees were so personable and kind to me and my girls. That is always appreciated especially in setting like such where it can seem daunting to get a task done!

After a few hours on hold, over numerous calls, trying to schedule and a home installation, I just spent almost another hour with their call center guy, set up appt. Gave all of my info. And the payment didn't process on their link after 3 attemps. ? The order has been canceled. Waste off time, should have read reviews prior.

This has been terrible. I am just trying to schedule a time to install a large big screen TV in our new home. I don't know the model or serial number. I just want to know if they are available. They just hung up on me. Terrible Service!!! You ought to be ashamed

We use the geek squad for our new TV and new computers we bought through them. We have use them multiple times over the years since we’ve been using geek squad. They are extremely smart, helpful, and since most products, nowadays, don’t have really much of a user guide, they have been wonderful to have questions answered that we can figure out from que reader bar codes or from Internet search guides. Sometimes you just need to have someone SHOW you how to work your fancy new electronics. Jodi with the Geek Squad has been the tech that has been working with me since I got this new computer last year. No, we are not computer or TV illiterates. We fully understand how to do things with both, but, the newest once we buy our more difficult than the ones we’ve used before. So, having a geek squad, there has been a very, lovely service we pay for!!

I needed an estimate to replace the battery in my laptop. I tried to call somebody at the local store, but my call was routed to a central call center. They could not give me any information about the battery replacement and would not allow me to speak to anyone at the store. Instead I had to make an appointment. At the appointment, they told me they couldn't give me an estimate without taking my laptop and sending it off. So I went by a small computer repair shop and got the estimate in 10 minutes. This was a complete waste of time and gas. Two stars instead of one only because the people themselves were friendly.
