Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He helped me carry my desktop computer to my car. My computer is running better than it ever has. These guys know what they are doing and their prices were very fair. Thank You

Best Place to get your computer repaired in utah. Have had pretty high end computers have some issues, and they have always came through with a fix that works. Customer service is always fantastic when I reach out, giving me a comprehensive report and analysis of the problems at hand, along with giving the solution they believe is best / most cost effective for the fix. Very happy with their services

Absolute nightmare. After paying them for the repairs, I took my laptop home to find a slew of things weren't working, so I took it back. This was the beginning of a long series of them "fixing" my laptop only to discover something else that had been working was no longer working. They never checked their work before telling me it was fixed and ready to be picked up, so I started driving out there, troubleshooting it myself while I was still there, and leaving again after I pointed out another thing that was no longer working. At one point, it was mostly functioning, so I took it home for a few days while they were awaiting the delivery of a part. After they "fixed" it again, the Bluetooth was no longer working. They had the audacity to tell me they shouldn't have to fix it since it hadn't been working when I brought it in and offered me an adapter free of charge as a consolation prize since by then, we were all tired of me going to their shop, but it had been working while we were waiting for the part, so they caved and fixed it since it had broken as a result of their recent "repairs." In hindsight, I should have requested a refund earlier in the nightmare and taken my computer somewhere else, but in the beginning, I didn't know this was going to be a process that would take more than a month. It's still doing some weird things, but I've found workarounds I can live with, and the thought of going back there to have them fix their work again makes the workarounds ever more acceptable. I don't know the exact number of how many times I had to drive out there, but it was enough that their address was still showing up in my recommended locations on my GPS for weeks (I could have driven there from memory after the first few times, but since I was always rushing from work trying to get there before they closed, I turned to the GPS to find the best way of navigating rush hour traffic). I hope I don't have major computer problems for a good long while, but if I do, I'm going straight to the manufacturer instead of trying somewhere that appears it will be faster since it's local.

Computer hospital did great. I turned in my PC to fix overheating issues. I would of liked a quicker turn around time but I later understood that my custom build was a bit more tricky to navigate so completely understandable. I appreciate the help regardless. Now Michael (employee), Steve (manager) and Cameron (employee) helped me out and I'll say they all did great when it came to the resolution of my issue. I do recommend better communication between the 3 so everyone's on the same page. Steve (manager) was not on the same page as Cameron and Michael, which resulted in a much longer turn around time. I recommend that Steve (manager) also exercises his customer service skills. Building rapport with your client makes a world of a difference when its to the customer experience. As a business owner myself I like to help other businesses grow where I can. This is why I'm giving my input. I plan to continue doing business with Computer Hospital and look forward to it.

Steve is awesome! He has fixed our computers over the past several years. He is friendly, and very knowledgeable about computers and has always fixed our computers quickly and thoroughly. One time one of our old computers was not fixable, so he saved all our files and put them on another used, but similar type computer for us without any additional charge. We had a virus on another computer and he cleaned it and put a good free computer security system on it. He always explains things clearly, and is very honest in his business dealings. I recommend him highly!
