David is awesome. I sent him a few pictures of my broken laptop and he diagnosed it and ordered the part and it came the next day. He came and picked up my laptop and returned it about an hour later. Really simple process and my laptop works great. Highly recommend him.

Don't waste your time with anyone else, David is the way to go!! I had a complicated repair I needed done on my laptop, and had received poor service from two previous repair places before finding Computer Confidence. He was quick to reply and accommodate me and my schedule. He was also very personable, overall great customer service. He was honest and upfront with pricing and whether the work would be worth it to get done. His repair was quick too and my computer looks AMAZING! I'm so pleased with it and the service I received. 5 stars is 100% deserved! When I first reached out about my laptops broken screen, he responded quickly and looked up my warranty with Dell, and even went as far to correspond with them himself on my behalf. He suggested that I find out whether or not I can get it replaced under warranty for free before paying to fix it. He could have just taken my business right away, but offered that help without expecting anything in return. I waited to hear back from Dell awhile later and it ended up being more expensive than just having him fix it so I reached back out and he was able to fix my screen. Friendly, helpful, & efficient! :)
