Scheduled an appointment to have them change the battery on my phone, only to arrive and be told that someone else had dropped their phone off before me and I would have to wait 6 hours before having my phone serviced. Completely ignoring the fact that I scheduled days in advanced and should have been serviced WHEN I WAS SCHEDULED, there's no universe where a phone repair of any kind takes longer than 6 hours. Terrible service, I'd never recommend having any devices serviced at this location.

Terrible geek squad very bad service for being an apple partner… makes apple look bad, had an appointment at 5:40pm, the girl on the pink hair provided bad customer service and bad body language and asked me many questions she didn’t even know what phone I had… not experienced at all… scary to leave my phone with them… and then told me the technician will leave soon and won’t have time to do the service until tomorrow and it will be ready at 1:30pm… it was just a battery replacement, which takes around 1h!! Don’t come here people!!

Scheduled an appointment to fix my iPad screen. Told the agent on the phone what device I had and the problem. He told me they were Apple certified and used Apple replacement parts. Drove 90 miles to my appointment only to be told they don’t fix iPad screens. VERY disappointed to say the least!

We were charged 398.98 for a service we never ordered. The person on the call to stop the charge was rude and hung up when I suggested that we did not like trying to fill out everything over the phone and on our computer. His accent also made it difficult to understand him.
