I brought in my brand new recently purchased MacBook Pro for potential service. I found both the manager as well as technicians to be dishonest with regard to their interpretation of Apple warrantees. After one hour and 30 minutes, I ended up calling Apple support and requesting a box myself to ship it in for service. Overall, a frustrating experience with staff who seemed to be at a great inconvenience to help a recent customer. I would skip here and go directly to Apple or the Farmington Apple Store in the future.

I asked if they repair iPhones, and they said yes. Then a few minutes into getting the necessary info, someone interrupts the tech and says to me that they don't repair iPhones anymore - sorry. Definitely one of the more weirder experiences I have had with customer service.

Great store with Mac products. Picked up a new computer. While they don’t have everything it was so much easier than the apple store. They have repair too which is awesome. Add to that it is stuffed with cool local swag and everything you need to show your love for Weber State. Well designed and the coffee and crepes are fantastic too.

WSU alumni here. I went back to purchase some tech at the Downtown location and it was a great experience. They stock a lot of tech and offer a bunch of other really cool merchandise (even outside of WSU branded stuff). It’s an awesome store! I recommend it!

Return policies are terrible and the customer service is a joke! I hope none of the students working in this store want to go into any sort of customer service industry. I purchased notes for a class two prior to classes starting. At the same time I purchased a clearance item and was clearly told the clearance item was non-returnable. I ended up not needing the notes and tried to return them a week or so into the semester. The cashier sends me to the textbook area for “approval “ on the return of these unopened notes. The dark haired woman at the textbook area tells me no way, the return policy is on your receipt. It’s not, fyi. Next she says it’s clearly stated on signs all over the store, it’s one line of a paragraph long sign in small print. “This is yours now.” And she walks away without another word. Worst experience ever! It’s as if they don’t know you can get textbooks anywhere now and there’s competition. I will never go back!
