I tried getting questions answered about my TV for a repair. They literally wouldn't even talk to me unless I gave them my full name (which I did) and my email and phone number (which I didn't). I literally hung up on the representative because they wouldn't continue without that information, FOR A QUOTE! Like seriously, it's not complicated, stop forcing us to allow you to harvest our information just because... I'm a very calm person, I don't get angry, hanging up on someone takes a lot for me. The gentleman on the phone wasn't very polite and refused, he deserved the hangup and frankly I don't see why I will do business with them in the future when there are better mannered/more helpful companies

I had an issue with my phone I scheduled an appt. They were running just a little behind but I planned ahead just in case when I did sit down with my tech he was amazing and he was very quick and talked me through the steps. Recommended buy just make sure you plan for some time which is understandable.

Poor Service. Missed Appointment: Purchased a $1,600 Sony TV. Was blurry and could not improve via settings. Called customer Svc. Said they’d send Geek Squad out in 10 Days. Received texts last 4 days reminding me to be prepared and available for todays appt between 3-7PM. Missed daughters dance while waiting in vain for 4 hours. Called to ask where they are. Got recording saying they see I am now calling about “tomorrows” appointment. Apparently they’ve rescheduled me. Will not waste another evening waiting on them. Awful experience. I’ll drop the TV off at your store tomorrow. See you soon.

Bought a camera system to be delivered and installed a week later. We received calls reminding us to be there for the installation. The day of the installation they were a no show and after waiting for 2 hours we received a call saying they couldn’t make it. My wife was hung up on twice then after going to the store they wanted to reschedule us for 2 weeks later. They basically put us at the back of the line because they had problems.
