Went to both addresses listed, one is a completely different business that has no idea who this guy is, and the other one leads you to a building that’s been demolished and is currently an empty lot. Left several voicemails and never got a return call after more than a week. No idea where this guy is or how to get a hold of him, even though I was referred by another tech company less than two weeks ago. Don’t go here unless you’re good at ghost hunting.

I had a great experience with HepTech. Ryan was awesome! He is very professional, gave me quick and accurate diagnosis for my computer issue. He had very reasonable prices and went above and beyond with his service. I highly recommend him!

I was having issues with my new laptop for several weeks and could not find anyone willing to look at it during a trip to Salt Lake City. Fortunately, Ryan at HepTech was recommended to my by another local company and he scheduled time for me to drop it off immediately. The laptop works great now, and Ryan was even willing to spend another day with it at no charge when it briefly started acting up again. I highly recommend this business!

I had a good experience here. My computer stopped charging and I needed a fix. Ryan was helpful-- he ordered the parts and kept me updated of progress. The parts came damaged (not his fault) and he updated me with each step, and in the end charged me a very fair (to me, maybe not to him) price for his services. It is always harrowing to have computer issues. Ryan was helpful and pleasant and I totally recommend him.

Ryan was incredibly helpful and so easy to work with. We had a gaming PC that wouldn't stay on, but he found out the GPU was failing and was under warranty. He made sure to explain everything we needed to tell the manufacturer in order to get service. Ryan's service was prompt and it never felt like he was talking down to me like I have experienced at other shops. I'll definitely be back if my PC has any other issues.
