A great place to stand around hoping you can get the attention of the right person so you can hope to eventually be helped. The store has a lot of people, but I think it's mostly because it takes 2 hours to make a simple transaction.

Get there early! I went on a Monday morning and got there 10 minutes before it opened and there were already probably 30 people ahead of me. Thankfully, during holidays they have more employees helping and I was able to get in fairly quickly and was paired with Nick. I needed to get a new laptop for school and AirPods as a gift. He helped me the entire time and never left my side. We had an issue with getting delayed for my Apple Card and he stuck with me. He was super helpful and I did not have any issues.

I had a frustrating experience with Apple and this location, full of misinformation and wasted time. Initially, I was wrongly told my AirPods didn’t work because of my Android phone. After recently switching to an iPhone the headphones still were having issues, I called and then drove 45 minutes to the store, waited in line 25 minutes where one representative said my AirPods could be replaced due to a known issue. However, after returning on their suggestion to a time they could fit me in, another representative told me they were out of warranty and not worth fixing or being looked at. For any options for help I was advised to make a pointless call to the service center, where I spoke with a kind rep who was helpful and said she wanted to get a manger to review due to the unique situation and the store experiences. The manager I didn’t ask for wasted almost an hour total, raised his voice, had system issues the whole time and complained about your system to me. Then said he needed to reboot and would call me back to provide feedback. But then never called me! The best idea I got from him was to go back to the same store and waste more time. In total, I’ve wasted 6-7 hours, and my issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing service, very contradictory to what I’ve been told about apple.

This Apple Store has the WORST customer experience. They have plenty of staff that love to avoid helping anyone! Even with an appointment! Takes an HOUR! I had been to this location to address my issues TWICE before my warranty expired as I did not want to pay out of pocket for an issue that the new IOS 18 had been causing. I reset my entire phone TWICE! Which I have very important apps and medical records I need to be able to access! But they simply did not care! Finally after the THIRD time I reached out to apple support and they escalated my issue to a “SENIOR ADVISOR” - she was very sweet and understanding, and addressed my issue to getting a replacement even though these “workers” allowed for my warranty to expire! They don’t care to help one bit. I work in healthcare and have an unpredictable schedule as is, so I can’t just come in when they like. Speaking to the senior advisor she took care of me and said: I put in the request for you to go in and bring in your phone to be replaced, she said I could just walk in but opted to schedule an appointment as I knew a walk in would leave me hanging for hours. I was brought back and immediately they started running and these diagnostics even after I told them FIVE times what I was here for. The tech who assisted me was very pushy on running them even though the senior manager already put in the request, and guess what they wanted to do? RESET MY PHONE AGAIN!! I said no I am here for one thing and one thing only! The tech refused to help me and said “well your warranty is now expired so you need to pay $550 today! Total Joke!! Refused to acknowledge the notes the senior advisor sent over and went to get his horrible manager “JENNA” who could care less to listen to my concerns. I wasted almost 1 hour & 45 mins and was fed up saying I’m leaving and I will contact apple supper again for the 5th time! Jenna with her attitude dismissed anything I had to say and said “you’re welcome leave that’s fine” met with me for no more than 2 minutes! She needs to be trained all over on her horrible people skills and customer service!! No one should be treated this horribly specially after being a loyal Apple customer since the first iPhone was released! BE BETTER JENNA! I will post my messages with Apple support and my frustration with JENNA! P.S.: JENNA check out how amazing Apple support Is and super understanding, you could learn a thing or two from them such as Good customer service and respect!

Needed some tech support for my iPhone 11pro and the attendant was super nice and accommodating as he could be. There is a marked line and 2 temperature takers before anyone is allowed to enter the store. I appreciate the extreme efforts made to ensure customer and employee safety. Hopefully one day soon we will be able to enjoy going into the stores freely with out any worries.
