Incredibly annoyed with the Geek Squad. The website says that they can fix home pods. I called and made a diagnostic appointment. They gave me a confirmation number for my appointment. I showed up to the store with my HomePod. They looked at me like I was a crazy person and said that they couldn’t do anything for me. I told them I had an appointment and a confirmation number, which they didn’t even ask me for. They literally just turned me away and said they couldn’t help me. They didn’t even try to look into it or do any diagnosis. Maybe try a little harder next time. That’s all I ask. Horrible customer service.

Geek Squad person was super rude. They treated me like I was stupid when I asked them if they could help get my volume button (on the phone I bought there) unstuck. They said they couldn’t- which is fine, but the representative was super rude and made me sad. Everyone else is great but geek squad is always in a bad mood.

Hired them to install or washer and dryer. They communicated well with us and worked with our schedule. They were very professional and personable. They did the install quickly and accurately. Would hire them again.

These guys are the guys to call when I have issues or questions that have to do with my laptop, phone, or pc. They will stay with me on the phone, and do what it takes to get my answers. I think they are a great team.
