I am disappointment with my experience at Expercom today. I made an appointment earlier in the week for a Saturday appointment to replace a battery in my iPhone. They had days to call me and tell me they didn’t have the battery in stock, but chose not to. When I arrived, they told me they would have to take my phone for 3 to 5 days in order to order the battery. I told them I didn’t want them to take my phone for 3 to 5 days and I wanted them to just order the battery and replace it when it came in. Apparently they are unable to do that. Ridiculous. Go to Best Buy instead of wasting your time at Expercom.

After just two weeks, my son’s screen went black again, which is why I decided to write this review now to warn others. I was very disappointed with the service at Expercom. The check-in process for the screen repair was unnecessarily long, and the customer service, especially from the manager, was unprofessional. The store itself was in poor condition—the floors, counters, and restrooms were dirty, and the place didn’t match the photos I had seen online. After the screen failed, I took the device to Best Buy and had a much better experience. I strongly advise against going to Expercom. My experience was far from positive, and I’m surprised by the favorable reviews from others.

TLDR: Save yourself a hassle and go here for your Apple needs. I needed a battery for my iPhone 14. Called BestBuy and ended up in a call automated and call center hell for about 10 minutes just to then find out I will need to go into the store even find out if they have the battery on hand. Called Expercom (Jaron) and an intelligent human answered and got me squared away in a minute. These people actually can handle Apple servicing needs in store (unlike BestBuy) and know what they are doing!

I had an excellent experience with Expercom! The customer service team was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the right products for my needs. Special shoutout to Clay and Jaron for their impeccable customer service. I was particularly impressed by the competitive pricing and the wide range of tech options available. I purchased a high end MacBook Pro from them and it is amazing. Being an apple partner they provide the most accurate and reliable repairs and service. I could count on them to get it done right and not cut corners. It’s clear that Expercom values its customers and strives to provide a smooth experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality Apple products and reliable certified service!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED with my experience at Expercom. The service was incredibly slow—stood waiting at the counter for what felt like forever. When someone finally helped me, the service was shockingly casual and unprofessional ...(Abigail). While the store has a decent selection of products, I wouldn't recommend going there for anything else. The management clearly doesn't care as the store was unclean, and to top it off, my device was handed back to me dirty! It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer service or cleanliness. Won’t be returning.
