Got my laptop back today, after a couple of weeks in the shop. They provided me a loaner laptop that worked just fine in the mean time. I work from home, and I needed the loaner. My SSD went south and that was the need for the repair, along with the display that needed some attention. I've been very pleased with the process. Sad that my machine crashed in the first place, but they did everything possible to mitigate the pain. No impact to my work, and most of all, they stood behind their lifetime warranty. Thanks!

It was like the man behind the curtain in the wizard of Oz, they sold me a computer that was guaranteed for life. One easy price. I paid it. Then I started getting billed 100's of dollars for services I did not need it ask for. Then, a few years later, the manager of the Layton store looked at my PC, he said this is the cheapest one we sell anyway and it looks like a drop of liquid got inside the box. So he said, I would have to replace everything. It's no good. I told him the computer works l, it turns on. No trouble. I had forgotten my password. I asked him if he could help. He said no. So, long story short, I have found another PC repair shop that said they could fix it for very little money. So, don't shop at PC Laptops. They don't love you. And they have been in a lot of trouble over the years. Skip this liars business.

Kevin Johnson is a fantastic guy. He has helped me with my issues, guided me with kindness. The new pc laptop the set up for me went smoothly and all my data transfers went without issue. I was up and running again quicker than I could have imagined. Love these guys at the Layton store!

I talked to someone in person and on the phone. They said look at my computer that got in a flood and see what was good and bad on it. When I got there they whould not looking at it. They said if the power supply was bad everything is bad. That goes not make since now. They just gave me the cost all of the parts. I took my computer to some where else it was just the power supply and battery and it's works. And also I wanted a qoute on a gaming pc and they wiil not gave me one if I did not have money right uo front. They said I'm wasting their time. Never going there again they did not want my business

I needed to install an SSD stick, but didn’t have the post screw. I did a quick search for a computer store and swung by PC Laptops hoping to get a screw for cheap. They got me a screw quick and for free. They said to bring the tower back if the screw didn’t fit, and it didn’t. I brought the tower back and they tried a few screws to find the right one and got me taken care of. They definitely gained a customer and I will shop there from now on for any future work on my PC.
