My kids got my tower PC wet and a handful of repair shops told me to buy new parts without testing because it was "too expensive". Kris offered to take a look at a reasonable price, and once he diagnosed what was wrong, he offered to fix it at a reasonable price as well. When the fix didn't work as expected, Kris went the extra mile to explain what was wrong and the next steps. I agreed with his plan and sure enough, he was able to fix it completely.
