They have done a great job of getting the new computer set up and running on our network. They did it remotely with an agent on the phone with me all the time. After a few days we addressed additional issues like extra drivers and printers. Excellent and timely service.

Symtec is awesome! They quickly fix issues we encounter at GotSafety, LLC. Like any tech support company they aren't perfect but, they do their best to resolve any issue! They are worth every penny to save our staff from dealing with any technical problems and down time. The whole team is fantastic! Good down to earth people!

We really lean on these guys when we have tech issues! They have a remote system that they are able to access my computer and fix it remotely. I call or jump on the chat and my wait time is less than 5 minutes! I love how quickly they can get me up and running. I have called them multiple times with printer issues or even corrupted files! They have great field techs that come out and check on us. We had a really complicated problem with our network and Aiden was able to troubleshoot it and got our company back up. Honestly, these guys are the best. Other tech companies are hard to work with but Symtec has gone over and beyond for me and my team.

Update: We were with SymTec for years and they were great (which is why i left a 5 star review previously). But we recently changed our IT company as one of the owners of SymTec were trying to raise our prices drastically. And told us "their IT people were spending too much time at our location". We are a small operation and getting quotes from other IT companies they assured us we are definitely not a complicated set up. We left as we found better customer service and better pricing for our needs. And it was more transparent. I hope for the best for Symtec, but I wouldn't recommend them at this point in time. (PAST 5 STAR REVIEW)Ezekiel was very helpful, professional and patient. He explained things very clearly and he was able to get to the root of the problem. I was very impressed and appreciative of him.
