FYI: They don't do personal computer repair anymore. I'm not going to leave a bad review, because I never actually got to use their services, but I wanted to give people a heads up if you are looking for personal computer repair don't waste your time like I did, it appears they no longer do that. Their website isn't updated (in several aspects) so I had a confusing few days trying to get an appointment, then called them today and their automated messaging system says they are not going to be doing personal computer repair anymore.

I've called, emailed, and left messages with absolutely no response after like a week. And not once did they pick up the phone either. Screenshot of the last time I called and left a voicemail about an hp Spectre. Also I sent the email through the website with my name and number. All I wanted to know is how much you would charge to replace the glass overlay on the laptop screen. Your deceitful response, as I called the correct number several times, emailed you from your very website, and the fact that I have heard the same complaint from another about the constant lack of response from your company, and your inclination to speak to possible customers like they're idiots is not acceptable. You need to learn how to respond to people contacting your business, and not just when you don't like what they have to say. It's being a good business owner.

Our small business has specific performance requirements. Our server system must run without fail. It must provide constant access to our electronic medical record systems, our medical equipment integrated into our network, and our back up system. Our previous systems were overly complex, components were expensive and service contracts excessive in price while minimal on covered standard services. This is where Phillip with Computer Repair Conroe comes in, our system crashed and our computer service company was not responsive. It shut down our business for a day. Phillip arrived, quickly navigated our problem and had us up and running. He redesigned our system to be more robust without excessive cost while meeting stringent health care privacy and security regulations. On the rare occasion a computer issue comes up, he arrives promptly and solves the problem quickly. In April of 2022 we were guided to Phillip via word of mouth and have been happy with his services since. Our capabilities continue to expand while maintaining a reasonable small practice budget for IT in health care. We would not hesitate to recommend him for jobs, big or small, regarding any aspect of IT services.
