Went in today to ask about why my mouse wasn’t working. And one of the employees tried to fear monger me into getting a newer computer. This was because apparently mine was too old and somebody would be able to hack into my passwords.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Maverick computer; hands down best option for computers and IT in Weatherford, TX. Thank ya'll so much. After our house burnt down, Maverick was able to get my files off the burnt laptop, move them to a brand new one, and set it all up for me . These guys are great, and I am back to work! God bless you guys!

These are some of the best human beings I have ever met. They have done a great job with everything I have asked them to do. They have designed, installed, and maintained the wifi in two of our RV parks. One being 100 spaces and the other being 50 spaces. Time has shown it works very well. I also took in a computer tower that was dead in an attempt to retrieve files and the did a great job with the recovery and the price was very reasonable. To top it off they communicate well with people like me who do not have their knowledge and help me to understand' all with a smile on their face.

These guys have repeatedly not done the repair they’ve been asked to do. They do not stand behind their work. Their customer service is disappointing and condescending. Charging a diagnostic fee each visit but failing to correctly diagnose the issue after multiple visits is a rip off, and they refuse to make it right. This place has seen the same machine for the same issue a couple times over the last 6 months, with the same repair request, but have done (and charged for) other repairs instead. They do not listen to their customers. During the first repair they also disconnected a secondary drive that had nothing to do with the issue it was brought in for, causing additional problems rather than solving the original one. I had really hoped I could recommend and continue to patronize a small, local business but they are obviously not concerned with doing a good job the first time and have terrible customer relations. So disappointing.

So, I've had a long history of working with Maverick. I recently used them for my new dental office. They ran miles of cable, installed 40 computers, 50 monitors and about 30 TVs. They managed to network everything all while working with very quirky proprietary software. They integrated scanners, 3D printers, and digital xray machines. They provided real time remote troubleshooting with combative software people and managed to keep the whole thing running whenever bugs surfaced. When it was all done, Marc let me know that they had overestimated the project and that I had about a $1000 credit. Who does that? I've always found Maverick to be honest, trustworthy and far more than competent. They're one of a very few companies that I trust implicitly. Just defer to their judgment and advice. You'll be treated well.
