DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! I should have read the 1-star reviews, because I had a similar experience. Left my computer with him for what I thought was a simple service, and it took me nearly 2 months of calling and texting to get my machine back. I suspect that the only reason I was able to get it back at all is because I threatened to go to the police and report theft. Also FYI, the building for this business is abandoned. DO NOT TRUST WACO TECHS!

I have a Mac mini older model I want to upgrade because it’s moving slower than pond water. I found Waco tech on Google and from the initial call I was properly greeted with confidence that I called the right man for the job. I explained to Hector what was going on with it and he not only was helpful in recommending the course of action that can remedy the situation but he also used his expertise and experience to save me money. He is a Godsend I’m excited to have them service my computer and will follow up with this review on the results once the job is completed. If you have issues with your new or existing PC this should be the first call you make. Thank you for your patience and honesty. Excellent service and customer care and reasonable hours

I truly don’t understand the negative reviews that I’ve seen posted for this company and its owner, Hector. I took my laptop to him yesterday, one that we bought probably six years ago at Best Buy. It was very slow and just not performing up to standards anymore. He recommended among other things installing solid-state drive. He checked it for viruses (which could be the reason for the slow operation) and it was infected. He cleaned all that up and we had the computer back within less than 24 hours and it works amazingly well, booting up at least 50% faster than it used to. Thank you sir and I regret the negative reviews given you by others who apparently don’t know you that well.

Calling this guy a scam artist would be too kind. 1. Hector (I believe this is the owner) was several hours late to our first appointment, which had been set a week in advance. 2. He originally misdiagnosed my computer's issue and charged me $190 for parts that my computer didn't even need. 3. After misdiagnosing my computer in March, he has yet to communicate with me. He has outright ignored my messages and calls for months. So now I am out $200 and a computer that was worth near $1000 when I bought it. I am going to report this business to the FTC, BBB, etc. I am floored at how this situation was handled. Never will I seek local tech help ever again; Places like this are the reason small tech shops can't stay open.

Hector was in route to our commercial building in Waco which was occupied by a tenant for a service call. In route, he called and explained I would need to prepay. He would not show up without payment first, he said he has been "scammed" before. So he went back to the office, created an invoice, I paid. He was a no show, would not return my calls, then said he "thought" he refunded me the funds and would check his account. I filed a claim with my bank, they did research with Hector who provided the invoice he created for prepayment and said service was performed. NOT TRUE! Well what do you know! I got "scammed". I would not recommend this company. 0 stars from us.
