I definitely DO NOT have your business confused, I urge all potential customers to read all 1 STAR reviews and replies from the "Owner" who is consistently rude, fails to take accountability for failures and blames customers and tries to discredit them instead of actually fixing the problem. A review from 6 months ago details the same exact problems and SCAM they pulled on me as well, you fabricated a damn battery problem with my phone! I wouldn't fight this hard to inform other people if I wasn't an actual disgruntled customer. They are straight liars and thieves who overcharge and never went by their warranty and are straight weasels who can't fix simple brackets! I've taken my phone for repairs multiple times and end up walking away with the same exact problem every time and paying for it every time! 2/4/25 9:30 pm Yes, I have the correct store, I've taken my phone to the Baylor location first and they didn't even repair it properly until given a negative review and since that repair I have had the same constant issues at your Valley Mills location, my HUSBAND handles repairs and such for me so I'm the PHONES OWNER but it's under my husband's name. Your business needs to take more accountability because I've come to this location for multiple repairs and wind up with the same issue: a broken phone with the same repair issue. You've essentially stolen money from us and continually give us a broken phone, that breaks in the same exact way EVERY TIME. 2/5/25 10pm It's really childish of you to argue by proxy, ITS UNDER MY HUSBANDS NAME NOT MINE the last name posted is my MAIDEN NAME, I currently feel like your company has stolen my money not previously because how many times do I have to bring my phone in to get fixed for the same issue? Or have it break due to the same issue? I AM JUST NOW FED UP with your company and your bullshit lies because I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY, this is how you react to an angry customer after continued business? I called to ask about the warranty and "We're under new ownership and don't follow the warranty anymore." You offered to glue down my screen, when THAT ISN'T THE ISSUE, ITS THE BRACKETS! What would you do if the glue immediately doesn't work? Try to discredit me again? Have me come back continuously for more money? Seriously this is absolute bullshit and childish behavior from your company since you cannot take accountability with an upset customer, and if you just got new ownership, trying to flex being in business for 15 years seriously isn't it. Instead of actively trying to resolve the issue and accountability for your failures you want to argue and attempt to discredit people. I STRONGLY urge and advise any customers to go somewhere else because this company is a scam and deserves to be reported to the Better Business Bureau

I’m not a person to write bad reviews and I’ve had good experiences with this business in the past but after this I doubt I’ll keep trying. My iPad wouldn’t turn on after I didn’t update it as much as I should (my fault I know) and I dropped it off with them at the beginning of January. I didn’t hear anything for two weeks and when I called I was told they needed more time, which is perfectly fine. I wasn’t frustrated until they had it for a month with no communication. I called and was told it was on the pickup shelf and the woman who was working on it left no notes, so she’d call me on Monday, and when Monday passed with still no communication I decided just go pick it up. When I got there I was told there was nothing they could do and I was charged for a diagnostic fee. I tried to plug it in as a last effort and when it was charged enough it turned on and the data downloaded immediately. All I had to do was update it and now it’s working perfectly. I know technology it weird and finicky but I really feel like no effort was made towards communication, and I was charged unfairly. Everyone’s experience might be different here but I’m super disappointed with the way this turned out.

I would highly recommend this place if you need you phone screen fixed, they are super nice and professional, it only took a hour and a half to fix, and costed me way less then what other where charging. Cash was the cheaper way to go at $150 to fix my Motorola 2024 5G, they did have the order the screen but it was still super quick came in the next day. If you need you phone or tablet fixed they will do you right.

I went in to the establishment to get my back glass replaced and in that process, they broke my front screen and instead of replacing it with the screen that my iPhone 14 Pro Max came with she downgraded my Screen, I had to go to the other location. Tell her Boss instead of them replacement it on them he wanted me to pay half which I feel is not right if they break something they should replace it on their dime. That’s the way everybody else does business.0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend

We were in Waco Tx on vacation. I took my phone in because the screen on was blank and the phone felt extremely hot The gentleman at the counter said he would look at it , but he needed to take it apart and that it would take around an hour I agreed, 20 minutes later he called me on my wife’s phone and stated that the screen and the battery would need replacing for $280 and that would take care of the problem. I said “okay let’s do it.” 1 hour later he called, that it was ready I picked it up paid him and even gave him a $20 tip I was grateful. As soon as I walked outside of the door my my phone went blank again and it was still getting hot. It took it back in, he said he would look at it again, he also stated that he thought it might be the face recognition scanner that might be causing so he needed to take it apart again. 1hour and 20 minutes later I called back and another person answered the phone said the phone was ready said they fixed it, the person said it was good to go and that the phone was no longer getting hot and that they used the phone on a call for over 10 minutes to make sure it was working. I walk out of the building and the phone went blank again at that point we wanted to get on the road so we left Returned to my home town took the phone to a phone repair shop. That person found, that the face recognition was disconnected, and was damaged by the prior repair person also found screws missing and colored coded screws in different locations, and that the screen was a cheap knockoff and also the battery was a cheap knockoff I was not aware that there were options on repair parts. I had the new repair shop replace with genuine iPhone parts and he repaired the damaged on the phone recognition part.
