This is worst cell phone repair shop that you better never go to‼️‼️I brought my 9 year old daughter phone in, because the screen would not stay on. They informed me that the issue was the screen. I spent $162.36 for a screen replacement. When we picked up the phone we took it home turned it on and tried to make a call and the phone shut off. The phone said the display screen was not an Apple part or it was installed incorrectly. So this means the screen they put on is not even compatible to the iPhone and it still did not fix our problem. I asked the to give me my money back and take the wrong screen that doesn’t work off my phone. They refused so I explained to them that I will be taking them to small claims court to retrieve my money back‼️‼️ DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY‼️‼️ YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED‼️‼️ There was also a warranty on the receipt… PLEASE SEE PICTURES ‼️‼️‼️

Great place to get your phone or in my case tablet fixed. Was told by another local company that my subs S7 Tab screen couldn't be fixed. And when in to this place and they had it fixed within the week. Low price and great service. Would recommend for any phone or tablet repairs

Had a great experience. I came in to fix my Note 20 Ultra, believe his name to be Travis, fixed my phone super quick, and actually fixed issues that another store completely overlooked. Great service and nonarguable prices.

I broke my phones screen and used my carriers insurance to have it replaced here as recommended by my phone rep. It was cheap and convenient in comparison to having to upgrade to a new phone without the latest back up. Customer service was amazing and they had my phone fixed in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied over all.

I have had absolutely no issues with CPR and hate to have to give such a poor review. I took my phone to get the screen replaced from dropping and cracking it. The screen is the 360 4way privacy screen. The person that replaced knew it was not the standard one because of how much darker it was albeit I realized when I got home that it was the incorrect screen protector. I did phone them and left a message. I called back the proceeding day. There was slight confusion but to end the avail they said I can get my phone screen back and theirs and I would have to pay the difference! I was shocked because it was an error on their part. It was explained that they are loosing out since the screen was put on and unfortunately I can understand BUT it was their fault for putting on wrong screen. I have been using CPR and ZAGG protectors since my iPhone 12 days and have been going to them for that long. Any issue that ever arose they always fixed. This should be no different! It was their fault. Maybe people get over on them I do not know but was disappointed! I did call ZAGG and explained the entire situation and the customer service rep was so amazing. She said she would notate my return that will not match and why and will send a replacement at no charge and offer an additional free upgrade. I let her know I was thankful for the replacement and to keep the upgrade. Issue was handled by someone else whose fault it was not!
