Went to drop off phone for repair got there at 10:20 am, and they were closed. It is new years eve but I told them I would be dropping it off at that specific date they didn't say a word about being closed. Why do you need to close the whole day? I get closing early, but you should also put a sign up saying so. No sign or anything saying you are going to be closed. They also act like they don't want to be there when they are there. Ridiculous.

We have shown up twice to get the back of my wife’s phone fixed. The first time, we made an appointment, and they didn’t honor it. The second time we came, the guy (both guys were extremely rude) took forever to eventually decide that they were unable to replace the screen for an iPhone 14 Pro. Let me save you the trip, go literally ANYWHERE else, and if you have iPhone, get Apple Care instead of Asurion.

These guys were awesome!! They only took 25 minutes to fix my phone after telling me it would be an hour. I broke bothe the front glass and back dropping the phone. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and overall amazing!!

Took my CPU in to have it checked for viruses. came back clean no viruses found and didn't charge me anything. tried to give a $20 for bench fee buy they declined it. I think it was partially due to it got misplaced and took 2days to get finished. but that's ok as long as it's cleaned?

My experience was horrific. I left with the same problem I entered with, except worse. Instead of being locked out for 4 hours, it was now 8, with the phone still requiring a password that was never set up or entered. This is a brand new Samsung A15. It costs me $54+, 31/2 hour round-trip, a half tank of fuel, and lost time at work, and nothing was resolved. I was told I could come back tomorrow.
