Eric went above and beyond to try and help me with my broken monitor. He genuinely cared about my experience with them and did his best to find me the best alternative to my unrepairable monitor! (He even researched and sent me links to affordable alternatives to my monitor) He was friendly, and very responsive and informative with everything that he told me. I would 100% come back and recommend this company!

**THE BEST, MOST HONEST PC REPAIR GUY I WILL EVER GO TO** I messaged Eric regarding trouble with getting my computer to boot up. I was quickly assured I had the right guy to solve my problem as soon as I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile. Eric took the time to diagnose the problem, give me options on how to fix it, and even waited for me to run to the store to grab parts I needed to fix my computer. He provided so many useful tips and tools I had no idea even existed. As Eric optimized my computer, he informed me on what each program was for and why each one was needed. I have never felt so comfortable in the presence of a stranger- Eric is warm, caring, and quite literally the best at what he does. I am so grateful for his help and all the education provided.
