Dropped my grandsons working computer off to have windows installed that’s it. Was told it would be $99. After 7 days we were told it was ready to be picked up. We went to pick it up and were told that the mother board was fried. Dropped off a working computer and picked up a computer that no longer works at all. How does that happen?? We asked if a new motherboard would fix it. No was their response. WHAT??? Geek Squad obviously doesn’t have a clue about what they are doing . My advice RUN don’t walk away from Geek Squad. Oh we paid $195 to have windows installed but in reality we were charged that for an annual membership that we didn’t ask for. Deceitful, lying uneducated in computer repair

For pick up gave me a guy that was very nice and helped me reload my documents but I think he was new because he had to ask others for help. I travel to use Geek Squad so I was a bit anxious to get back on the road. Thought just a simple pick up, show me a couple of things and go. My pick up and go took more than 30 minutes. Nice employees though.

I took my camera & lens in multiple times and Alex helps in each of my visits. He showed me how to care for it properly. He did a great job, very knowledgeable and importantly very helpful.

Took my iPad Pro to get checked since microphone wasn’t working for face time calls . They did a mic test and said it was working but yet it wouldn’t work for face time calls . They told me I had to update the iPad , now I don’t see why an update would have an affect . Took it back once again , guy looked at me annoyed and just said it needed an update again after I tried a FaceTime call to show him . Took it to a phone repair store and immediately said that the microphone side was just dirty they cleaned it and it was working perfectly clear in out within 2 minutes. Do not rely on geek squad.

Many times trying to call this store within the past year and No One answers the phone. Responded to automated inquiries by trying to contact the manager, sales, tech support, recent orders, et al, and then put on hold until eventually giving up after 10-15 minutes. Even tried the four-digit department number given to me by a rep when visiting the store and still No One picks up. Does the store manager even read these survey complaints? I doubt it given his/her track record to correct this. Despicable!
