First time user. Took computer in on Monday got it back Wednesday. It was not working at all when I took it in. It now is running better than it ever has. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I recommend them 100%.

I do not do this lightly, but felt this was warranted. I took my Mac to Computer Repair in Tyler after being turned away elsewhere (where I would normally go). They were courteous and professional, and the turnaround time was phenomenal. I am very happy with the results, and will continue to use their services as needed.

Some issues were as follows: They said they weren't busy and could get right on the PC that was brand new. I had to call several times and the girl at the front desk would just tell me they same thing every time. That it was "In process and they will call me back" But they never did call me back. I dropped it off on a Sat and they never called me once and they had it until Wednesday! We figured out the problem ourselves and I called to tell them we had put in the wrong mother board by accident. They didn't even realize that until we told them. So we paid a diagnostic fee for nothing really. My biggest issue was lack of communication with them. Secondly, I understand time is money but they couldn't diagnose it. Thirdly, they didn't offer to repair it by quoting me on the cost of a new motherboard and installation. The manager noticed this right away and tried to remedy the situation but I felt in the end a bit judged on our computer building skills and it felt like it was more on the quest for more money by requesting they build it instead of asking. If they would have refunded the diagnostic fee I would have left much happier. Then I would have been more open to using their services in the future. I appreciate that the manager said she will waive the next diagnostic fee if we continue to have them work on building it. But it isn't neccesary because they building skills aren't the issue.

Recently took my Computer in to be repair without knowing what was wrong it just wouldn’t come on. They did fast work but not great work. Turns out my psu was bad and they had it switched out in a couple days. But it would of been really nice if it had been hooked up to a monitor and checked. Update: turns out It was most likely my fault. They rechecked my machine for free and found no issues.
