I made an appointment to come to the Geek Squad in the Woodlands to get me Xbox I fixed and they said that they can’t send this device for repair due to it is too old. They said that I should call Microsoft to get it fixed. I stayed at Geek Squad and I called Microsoft to see my options. They said that the Geek Squad should be able to get it fixed for me too. I told this to Andrea Duntley, the manager of Geek Squad, and she kept repeating that they won’t manage this and that she was busy with a customer. I replied that I was a customer too and she said that I was not a customer of her without even looking at my face. Totally disrespectful. This is not the level of service expected from a manager.

I recently had a problem with my laptop, and I took it to the Geek Squad Best Buy in The Woodlands for help. I was so impressed with the service I received! The agents were super professional and attentive, and they were able to fix my problem in less than 30 minutes! I brought my laptop in in the afternoon, and I was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable agent. He took the time to listen to my problem and to diagnose the issue. Once he had figured out what was wrong, he explained my options to me and helped me to choose the best solution. He was able to fix my problem quickly and efficiently. I was so grateful for his help, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad Best Buy in The Woodlands to anyone who needs help with their technology.

Low expectations on the front end, but the geeks were able to fix my computer remotely in under 45 minutes. Great experience and I will use the Geek Squad service again in the future!

$200. 3 Visits. Long time to book an appointment. First Visit to install TV - great. Next Laptop virus. Broke day after. Admitted couldn't fix the virus, sent me to another Computer Repair Shop outside of Best Buy. Third visit, told us to call the virus infected programs ourselves. This is well below the $200 cost. They trot out a phrase and don't have the drive to have a real repair.

Don’t ever buy a warranty from geek squad. It’s been a month since our fridge has gone out and they’ve yet to fix the problem. Good luck trying to get ahold of management. At this point I’m going to have to buy another fridge out of pocket.
