Amazing same-day service! I went to 3 different places trying to get a new battery soldered on for my dash cam that kept resetting the date every time it started. Within 10 minutes the gentleman at All things Geeks had carefully replaced the battery and soldered the new one in place. Everywhere else I went to lacked the soldering expertise needed to get the job done. Thank you again. You will be my first stop next time I need electronics repair đ

I have a fairly new galaxy S24 ultra locked in maintenance mode. I just dropped in at about 10:30 on a Friday morning and this great customer service person had it fixed for me in about 10 minutes! I was so happy, because I don't know what I would've done if he couldn't do it, other than get a new one. So I'm sorry that I didn't get your name, but thank you again! You saved me âşď¸

I want to thank Caleb for his exceptional customer service and honesty. I had a small crack on my laptop screen and wanted to get it repaired before it spread. When I showed Caleb the crack and explained my concerns, he surprised me by advising, âI think you should wait it out.â At first, I was a bit confused, but he explained that the crack was in a spot where it was unlikely to spread, and in his opinion, the cost of repair wouldnât be worth it. I truly appreciated his candid and straightforward opinion âhe couldâve easily taken my money, but instead, he gave me valuable, honest advice. I will definitely be coming back if my computer screen gets worst and with any other electronics that need fixed!

So I took my sonâs phone in because he dropped it in the pool. I know the phone was going to be a hit or miss at fixing it but I took it in anyways. The guy tells us that my phone will be ready next day and when that day came we had to call and it wasnât ready. Waited 4 more days and called each day and today they said it was ready. When we got there the phone was on 1% which I found really odd. why wouldnât they charge the phone in a phone repair store to make sure they fixed the phone? I knew better but I paid for it anyways. Got home and as soon as it was charged we found that it doesnât work at all. Really funny how the phone was at 1% so we couldnât check it out before we paid for it. Kinda like they knew it didnât work and just wanted the money. They also replaced the screen with some other kind of screen so now the Face ID doesnât work. I will be disputing this and I highly recommend you take your iPhones elsewhere. Iâm so mad right now. $135 for nothing.

They took $140 from my son and could not fix his phone. They told him they would give him credit to use in the store. He ordered a case for the new phone that I bought him telling him it would be in in a couple of days two weeks later every time he goes in, they keep telling him oh itâs not here yet. Bewarethis store.
