Could not even get past the “phone person” to get a question ask. Had to get in front of the computer that I have question on, or they couldn’t help. and what let them enter my computer before I ask a simple question. No wonder Best Buy is closing stores left and right. Good bye is all I got to say.

Understaffed and poor service. Even after speaking to a manager for assistance with a gaming purchase, nobody showed up to the gaming department. The manager just stood by the front door engaged in another conversation with another employee. I walked right past him when a left the store and he didn’t even notice. They weren’t busy. This store will be closed soon.

Both guys who helped me were very thoughtful. Took care of what my laptop needed and didn't act condescending.

Terrible customer service had an appointment but did not receive priority help over walk in. Also said my problem would not be resolved and I have to go directly to apple
