Was a little confused as to where the store was in the maze of streets and shops then I found Starbucks a parking spot and WiFi. I soon located the Apple Store. Starbucks is central to almost everything it was a three minute walk away. The help was automated quick but the repair was much longer and few hours which gave me time for a leisurely lunch at one of the many available restaurants. An excellent place to repair your phone because of the number of shop’s entertainment and restaurants. A pleasurable day…

I had three questions. I waited a reasonable time for an associate. As always it was packed, but since they are very knowledgeable it moves fast! My questions took 5 minutes, but he took 20 to make sure I understood and I could do it myself. Being 70 I really appreciated the extra attention.

Highly dissatisfied with the customer service experience at the store. I bought an iPhone online to find out that the operating system crashed while I was configuring the phone myself. I took the phone to store and asked for a replacement. They couldn't find the invoice, reference from my order number and asked me multiple times that since you used your Apple balance we can't honor the price. I find this to be most ridiculous reason. They put me in que and then the Technician came to me after about 45 minutes of wait time. I felt highly frustrated with the whole experience. I feel Apple should just make phones and focus on technology. Their staff should be trained on the different financial tools that they use. They didn't know how to look up online orders and payments through Apple. With all this frustration my saving grace was the person at the Genius bar. He was great!!

Honestly, I'm a PC guy. However, visiting this Apple store made me realize that Apple is the future. If for nothing else, it's the customer service. Visiting an Apple store is an experience. Getting a PC is just a trip to Best Buy, or an online order. Visiting this shop inspired me to look into the quality and connectivity of the Apple ecosystem, and as a photographer, it only makes sense that my next upgrade will be Apple.
