Just had to hop on to give a 5 star review and let people know about the awesome experience I had. I got in touch with Justin to work out an issue I was having on a set of beats. He got me squared away. Randomly I heard him talking to another customer before helping me about their computer. So I told him about the one I purchased and was having an issue with. I gotta say. He made it extremely easy. Took care of my issue and got me back to handling my business ASAP. I truly appreciate his help and he is a huge reason I will continue to use total tech and the geek squad. Thank you Justin

Review: Sherman, TX Geek Squad Bottom line, the reviews I've read and those that indicate are a good point to execute on Computer work appear to be likely published by a BOT. The reality is, that Customer Support from the very beginning is so locked into "policy" that to just talk with someone is a problem. My initial contact simply told me "NO" when I asked for a brief conversation with a Tech. They are so inflexible that nothing will break through the wall that surrounds them. My situation is simply somewhat unique, and compounding by medical impacts due to my current state. I simply wanted to talk with a Tech to get a level of confidence on what I was asking. Yet, that was beyond their capability. If that is the case, it clearly speaks to the level of Tech that is able to support the customer needs w/in the Geek Squad based in the Sherman, TX location. For me, that extends throughout the landscape called Best Buy. Not sure that is viable Customer centric organization. Clearly, Customer support is well down on the list of items applicable to Reputational Risk, which will ultimately cascade to Financial Risk, Operational Risk and other key Business Factors used to measure the viability of a Business within this trying time.

Does only one employee work here at a time?!?! I was 40 minutes early for my appointment because I had hoped to get some other stuff done early because of storms coming in. Woman ask me what time my appointment was, I told her. She ask my problem. I said I just need to check it in and leave it. The quick fix from last time didn’t stick. She said great give me one second and disappeared to the back. A different woman came out and told me since I was early I would be treated as a walk in and had to wait. I told her the other girl said she could just check me in real quick. Nope she was ugly about it and made me wait! I sat there for 20 minutes! Why do we pay so much for total tech support yet they can’t afford to pay enough help?!?! No one has customer service skills any more.

Don't go here!!! I would give a zero if I could. Samsung sent me here. They aren't trained well. Lost all my precious memories. 😢 didn't fix my phone issue and gave me bad information. The manager of the store was a very nice very young man. He could do nothing but apologize. Doesn't bring back my lost memories. All because the employee didn't know what he was doing. He wasn't an android guy. He should have refused to touch something he knew nothing about.

Never failed me in 11+ years. Only complaint > often need a second person at the counter. Membership fee, for me, completely worth it.
