They not only fixed the many issues I had with my old phone, but also transferred everything to my new phone that the provider seemed not capable of doing. I recommended 100% for this location.. My phone was unresponsive touch screen since yesterday til today at 3pm.went to verizon store to get some help nothing they can do. They recommended 3places 1.bestbuy go to verizon tech support nothing he can help but he recommended 2 places UbrokeIfix and Dr. Phone.... Lots of people said UbrokeIfix they are very good they can fix it... Went there wait for quite sometimes they them what wrong with my phone!! Ended up they cannot fix he said might have some issues with software's nothing they can do..... Finally we decided to go to Dr. Phone shop.. Walk in tell her whats wrong with my phone. She said have a seat might take like30mins to fix.. Its took only 15mins she said oh your phone is Done its working now!!!! Omgosh!!! She is BEST!!! SHE IS SO SMART!!! DONE DEAL:)

I enjoyed their customer service and friendly demeanor. My phones screen seemed beyond repair but they fixed it. But why the 3 stars? They fixed the phone screen on my Google pixel but the fingerprint scanner will not function and I spent a good few hours jumping through hoops to try to fix it but no success. Minus one star. The second subtraction in stars is that they wiped my phone completely before I could back it up! They asked if I wanted to back it up and said "of course I will" but what ended up happening was that they accidentally started the factory reset before I could back up anything. TLDR: love their friendliness and they did fix my screen. But having to pay full price for half finished job and wiping my phone is a big gripe. I would love to change my review if I was offered some sort of refund. Maybe half but for now, my fingerprint scanner isn't resolved and my phone got completely wiped. EDIT I wasn't aware that the finger print replacement part was additional. I thought it was part of the holiday deal but I appreciate you guys for trying. Regardless, if you replaced the fingerprint scanner as an additional service without charging me, it still cost me the data that I lost in terms of the factory reset. And it still wasn't fixed but it still cost me. When I was there discussing what the issue could be to why the finger print scanner wasn't working, we checked if the face recognition worked and it did and still does. So I wasn't given a concise reason why the finger print scanner didn't work. But you could easily brush it off as it being broken without really diagnosing the issue because obviously my phone screen did break. But I'm not sure if it's fair to say that the finger print security won't work because of the screen breaking. And that's the reason you couldn't fix it. As for byoassing Googles security. I do expect the phone repair company to be on top of these types of policies. As I'm paying for your professional services and expertise. The phone wiping is more of a big deal for me than the finger print issue. But like I said, I like your screen repair services and your workers. Very friendly and professional.

I dropped my ipad off because it kept shutting down, they had it for over a week. I picked it up, took it home & it had the same issue. I immediately called them to let them know it was doing the same thing & now it also had black dots on the bottom of the screen & they said it would be noted. I took it back within a week (today) I just got off the phone & they will not be fixing the issue with the black dots because it was not turned on when I took it (IF IT WAS TURNED ON, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO TAKE IT) They also said they didn't find the same problem as before. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I will be sure to tell everybody I know to not deal with these people, they do not care! I was charged 216$ to fix a problem that was not fixed but now they have created another issue & no plans to do anything about it. Waste of time and money to deal with these people. I will be issuing a complain the the BBB next. This just isn't right. PART 2 REPLY. What you are saying is part true but only in your favor. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO YOU AGAIN. MY IPAD WAS NOT FIXED & INFACT I was told by our IT people that Y'all actually did more damage when you took it apart & that is what the black dots are at the bottom of my screen. It is not fixed & still shuts down. It has the same issue as when I took it & now it is worse with the dots. What wonderful customer service you offer. It is disgusting!
