I went to this place in hope that it would be quicker than just going to the Apple Store. And I had Apple care. I shouldn't have to pay anything was my thought process. So I go to the store because my back glass on my iPhone had broken. I went in and they told me that they had to order the back glass and that they would text me when the part came in. They also said this repair is not a hard repair and will take roughly 30 minutes. They said they would need to charge me $50 to ensure that I come back. No problem, I get it. He said this is refundable and will be refunded when you come back to have the glass installed. A couple of days go by and they text me that my glass is in. I drive 45 minutes over there and drop off my phone. To be informed that it's not the back glass we are repairing, but it is the "back support" which will take longer than 30 minutes. I said ok, I will be in the parking lot. I wait in the parking lot for an hour and a half. I go back in to check on my phone, and he proceeds to tell me that Apple sent a faulty part. It is not working and I will have to go to the Apple Store. I came in with a working phone with the back glass broken, I left without a working phone, the back glass still broken and extremely dissatisfied. It's been over 2 weeks, have yet to receive a refund of my $50. Apple gave me a new phone, and told me that anytime a back support is replaced Apple just replaces the phone. To anyone thinking about using this place over the Apple Store. Don't waste your time, your patience or your money.

After troubleshooting on my own for an hour, then another hour with Apple Support, they recommended I take my daughters ipad to an Apple Certified shop. The iPad was working just fine. It suddenly stopped responding to touch. I couldn't do the force restart, bec I couldn't swipe the power button on the screen. Super frustrating. It seemed like an easy fix from what I'd read online, so I was annoyed that I had to drive somewhere to get it fixed. We walked in and out. We were probably there for 5 mins tops. The tech did exactly what I was doing at home, except he was successful. We weren't charged (thankfully). I'd keep them in mind should anything happen with any of our other devices.

This store accepted my apppointment (thru Apple) and when I got here, they are not open. I understand that it’s the day after Thanksgiving and hours may change however THEY ACCEPTED this appointment. Not ok and will NEVER come here again!

Man working said I need to pay $35 for them to do a diagnostics test. he said it’ll only take about an hour, and I ended up waiting three. it was almost closing time so i decided to call to see what is the update since I haven’t heard anything back at all and it was never mentioned about my item staying over night. he said it would have to stay, so i honestly didn’t want to wait anymore and also the lack of transparency made me impatient so I booked a last minute appointment at the Apple store that night. Got to Apple, he diagnosed my problem for free and i was in and out within the hour. PLEASE just go to the Apple store. they have multiple workers in the back and front to repair. The worker at mobile kangaroo was not rude or mean in any way, but you will have receive faster and transparent service at Apple themselves.
