I had to bring my computer back because it wasn't charging. They had changed out the battery at first, and then it was covered in the warranty to change out the charging ports also. Roy and the other guys did a really good job and got it working in the end. I always bring my tech to u break I fix.

I took my Samsung s23 in to get the screen replaced. It was bad. The screen was shattered and split half way down. I could read anything on it without moving the screen around. The color was fading inand out. The technician Ryan assisted me. The screen needed to be ordered and it took about 4 days to come in. I was called and it was repaired in a couple of hours on the same day. The time they give is approximated so I choose to go take care of other errands instead of waiting. My phone wasn't insured, but the price was reasonable with a coupon. My phone look good as new. The technicians listen, respectable and knowledgeable.

Took over 3 weeks to get my screen replaced. They were waiting on a replacement part but didn't tell me it was delayed. I found a new screen on Amazon and took it the next day. It was still $80 for them to put on the screen I bought.

I just wanna say this is the best place ever!!!!! I had been going to four locations, buying a phone and not getting the right thing! I went to this place because a friend of mine told me about it. I was not disappointed! Ryan was my technician. He listened to me. Everyone else made me feel stupid but Ryan listened and he was able to recover my father‘s voicemail who passed away three years. I’m still crying about that because I thought I lost it when everyone else said I lost it and Ryan was able to pull it out! Ryan also showed me how to save it in other places so I will never lose my father telling me he loved me again. Amazing! I cannot thank them enough for just that right there they worked with me to get me in a different phone that actually worked When no one else would!

My iPad Pro had a black screen of death. My iPad is from 2018, purchased in 2021 and had no physical damage, no water damage. It was in pristine condition and had used it perfectly fine, battery over 80% just fine. I had tried everything to turn it back on: Hard resetting it, letting it “die” and charge it the next day, trying a different charger, different outlet, connecting it to my computer to see if it recognized it, massaged and hit it a few times to see if anything inside clicked. Connecting it all night and even letting it rest a few days to see if it turned on by any chance. Nothing. I called Apple support and they told me to try resetting it again, plugging it to my computer, (which I had already did but there’s nothing wrong in trying again, so I did and nothing). They had advised to go to an Apple Store or Best Buy and opted for Best Buy as it was closer to me. I went the next day and the clerk had told me that they had tried to run some recovery apps, but the iPad kept saying that it simply won’t turn on. I was told that the iPad is dead and it won’t turn back on, that there is no use wasting money in trying to fix my iPad and I’d be better off buying a whole new one. All my files saved on my iPad would have been forever lost if I had not done my research about this issue. Upon going on google; various websites where people had the same problem, they all worked pointed to backlight, faulty battery or the motherboard/logic board itself. I knew it not to be backlight as this is where the iPad is on, but the screen is black. So it was either the battery or logic board. This specific store is what I was recommended. I read the reviews, the services and what they do. I gave it a shot as I had no other option to turn to and told them my problem. I had to wait a few days for the battery replacement to come in, it didn’t take long at all when I received a text saying that my device was ready. I was so, so relieved it turned back on and thanked them to help fix it. Yes, it was a bit of the cost because of the battery and the diagnosis but compared to buying a whole new iPad, I’d much rather pay than purchasing a whole new one. Needless to say, I am very happy with the results. No damage was done on my iPad when I picked it up. The only nitpick I have is that it had fingerprints all over it, but that can easily be cleaned. Overall, amazing service. ✨
