10/10 Recommend. The go above and beyond to resolve your issue. I have met some of the team members in person from the times they've come to install our computers and tvs in our office, and they always come with a great attitude. They have the patience to resolve any issue and will follow up to ensure it doesn't happen again. The only complaint I have, is that I wish they were more responsive via phone, but if you submit a ticket through email, you'll get a response within the next hour or so.
