Jerry has many years of experience. He worked on my computer 2 hours remotely before I took it in for repairs/upgrading. Took time to explain all the repairs when I picked it up. Got home and the kids used it all weekend with absolutely no issues. Kids were happy that the speed is so much faster! I will definitely use Jerry in the future. Oh, did I mention that his pricing beat all the others :)

The only other competitor that had the same high rating and amount of reviews wanted to charge more the twice what Jerry was asking. Furthermore, Jerry was much more professional, expedient, and knowledgeable on the subject. He went over the process, helped me select hardware for my upgrade, and even did some extra disk space cleanup and tweaking, which was beyond what I had taken my laptop to him for. Jerry will definitely be my to-go guy for any software or hardware needs in the future.

Jerry, did a great job fixing my computer. From the very beginning of our conversation, he knew exactly what was wrong with it, and was more than willing to fix the problem right away. He has great knowledge of computer viruses and how to combat them, but it was his willingness to help me at a moments notice, and then make sure that my computer was well secured after the fact, that really impressed me. I call that great customer service!

I was in a real bind and Jerry was “Johnny (Jerry) on the spot”. He immediately helped diagnose my problem, fixed a few issues I had remotely before seeing him in person. I had dropped my laptop which would of cost me more to fix than to buy another one and I couldn’t find anyone to help me transfer data as well as programs to another computer. He not only fixed it before promised, but he saved me a bunch of money. He has a wealth of computer knowledge and is very, very reasonable.
