I recently had the pleasure of working with Mario Puente while he was diagnosing an erratic pulsation in my truck's module. During our interaction, I asked him how to clean the power connection on my phone. Mario generously shared his expertise, showing me how to use metal needle tools and a microscope to clean between the connections. In just one minute, he cleaned my phone at no charge and recommended a port cover to keep it clean in the future. Thanks to Mario, I’ve had no more issues with my phone. Dropped my phone in the river. Phone stopped working. I rushed to his office. He stayed “OPEN” for me. Late at night. He fixed my phone when other repair shops said 48 hrs minimum!!!! Shoutout to Mario of MP Repairs for being able to re-solder the volume control knob back into the factory radio of my in-laws truck.
