Business is closed, does not answer all calls go to voicemail. UPDATE: 4:12PM 3/18/2024 In my online review detailing the difficulty in reaching Mac Doc, the owner's response was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. Being labeled a "funny guy" for simply seeking assistance is hardly the customer service one would expect from any business, let alone a tech repair company. What's more concerning is the apparent ineptitude in managing basic aspects of the business, such as the Google Business page and phone systems. It's baffling that a company in the tech industry would struggle with fundamental tasks like setting a phone to redirect calls or properly managing their online presence. Instead of addressing these issues, the owner seems to deflect blame onto customers who dare to share their honest feedback. This lack of professionalism extends beyond just poor communication. It raises serious doubts about the competency and reliability of Mac Doc's services. If a company can't handle basic administrative tasks or engage with customers respectfully, it's hard to trust them with more complex technical issues.

Frank is absolutely wonderful!!! We had a new iMac that was only 6 months old and was just running way too slow. We did have the option to take it to where our computer was purchased, however it would take 2-3 weeks to have it repaired. My husband and I were in the middle of projects and we just did not want to wait that long. After doing some research we were referred to Frank Cortez who is Apple Certified and he was a lifesaver!!! He picked up our computer fixed what was wrong and returned it the next day and it is running 100% faster. Frank has over 20 years of experience servicing Macintosh products..... you cannot go wrong.

Frank and MacDoc are amazing in all aspects of what they do. Am a HIGHLY SATISFIED customer and will use Frank again immediately as and when needed for Mac and PC repair/upgrades. We have been using Macs (desktops, laptops) at home since the late '80s with a foray into Sony VAIOs for a while coming back to Macs in the early '00s. I was lucky to get in touch with Frank as he came highly recommended by Pat Knight of MacAnswers who does only Apple/Mac s/w repair/upgrades. She told me about MacDoc and gave me contact info on a Saturday. I emailed Frank with my issue and we quickly exchanged specific info and he diagnosed the issue via email and phone, and proposed a solution with a specific quote that I accepted- all on Sunday. We met up in Crossroads Mall- as I live in Fair Oaks Ranch and he is located way out east- and I gave him my computer Monday mid-day and he had already pre-ordered a part that we thought needed (turned out not needed as my 2014 Macmini model's RAM was not upgradable from 8GB to 16GB- thanks again, Apple!). Frank fixed the issue (changing out my old hard drive on 2014 Macmini to a Solid State drive and backing everything up and making sure it worked etc). Frank then returned the repaired MacMini to me Tue AM at same place that was convenient to him and me. He gave me invoice and I paid him by check for parts and labor. That afternoon I turned on and all programs that I use frequently were running 10X faster and made the computer usable with the bloatware (called Mac OS Big Sur v11.3.1) that Apple puts out nowadays. Dont know why I waited so long to deal with the problem- should have gotten it fixed about a year ago when started noticing problems. Now that have found Frank will definitely contact him next time have an issue with the 4-5 Macs the 3 of us run at home. In the meantime, my Macmini now runs well- and should for at least another 2 years, by fixing a problem overnight for less than $300 with the majority of that being the Solid-State drive part, thanks to Frank and saving me the time, trouble and treasure in getting a new Mac that would have cost me at least $1200 or more. Well worth it!

Frank is the best! Amazing customer service, knowledge, timeliness, and prices! I took my MacBook Pro to get looked at because it was running slow and my iMac that completely crashed and needed a new hard drive...he retrieved all of my files and saved me thousands of dollars by saving the good machines I already had. I Definitely recommend him to anyone with an Apple product!

Frank took great care of my laptop and fixed it fast and gave me a great price vs getting it fixed by apple. He is very personal with his customers and truly cares for them and their devices. I will be coming back to him with no hesitation and would highly recommend him for doing repairs for macs. Well done frank well done.
