My husband had his phone stolen Christmas Day and given a ridiculous deductible for an old phone to be replaced. We went to First Aid and so glad we did. We walked out with a new phone, case and screen protector for almost nothing down and given same a cash payment options. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband was able to connect phone, recover contacts, apps and personal information on the new phone before we left the store. They offered great advice and really know their devices to make sure you get the perfect fit that’s affordable for you. We have already referred them to our friends and family for repairs or purchases on their devices.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I have never had such great customer service and regard for my ineptitude with phones. they transferred my old phone which was not working correctly or charging. They got me a new phone at a great price and treated me like royalty. I will always come back here. If I ever need anything

Highly recommend. I cracked my galaxy s20 screen where I could no longer unlock my phone to get access to it. I walked in, and Sal greeted me immediately, explained my issue and in an hour and a half my screen was fixed. Thank you again Sal.
