Wow. Went in there to get a small problem fixed. Saturday last (2/14). It was a zoo, maybe 200 customers in the store. But as far as the employees I was answered and served promptly. Great experience, out in 10 minutes.

This is a shame. Apple is a 3+ TRILLION dollar company. They need to hire at least 5x the staff they have here. The store is pure chaos. You walk in and there is no counter, nobody standing up front to direct you. If you pick up an item to buy, where do you go? No cash registers. You have to try and get an employees attention. The problem is every employee is with a customer. The ratio of employee to customer is probably 1 to 10. I had to get assistance from the Genius Bar since my Beats Headphones broke. Had an appointment and still had to wait for an hour. There is no Que or number system. You just stand around with everyone in the back and a random employee will come up to you. Probably the most inefficient system they could have considering the generous space they have. Each “appointment” I’ve had to wait at least an hour until an employee helped me. There are also no prices labeled so if you again you have to track down an employees attention to find out the price.

I was greeted and assisted almost immediately, given updates on my spot in line via text message while checking out other nearby stores which was reassuring, and received amazing service & assistance from Victoria and Adrian! Despite the general mall chaos, they were both very patient, helpful & great at building rapport :)

Very disappointed on customer service . Leadership needs to re-train staff on how to greet and treat customers and not come off strong and sarcastic . The girl that supposedly was helping me was very sarcastic whatever question I was asking her she was looking at me like I have no clue on what I’m talking about. Another representative did help and he did it without hesitation and was friendly . Apple Store needs more people willing to help others not just there for a paycheck and make fun of others . I hope this review gets followed up by leadership and not just brush it off like it’s nothing

Walked into store and checked in. I was given an estimated time to come back. I had to wait a little while as expected but I was greeted by an associate and they immediately started to resolve my issue. Very nice staff and smooth flow in the midst of the chaotic customers.
