I love the atmosphere here! It’s vibrant, active, and always filled with people. My husband recently bought the Apple 16 Pro Max in white and I absolutely love it! The camera zoom is amazing, and the phone is faster with even more functions. One tip! If you’re with AT&T, you might need to call them to activate the phone so make sure to check if that applies to your line. The staff members were kind and attentive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this store for your Apple needs!

Excellent service by the staff out there. Can get busier at times but still the way they treat their customers is top notch... 👍 Betta to have a appointment and then walkin elz u may find uaself lost in the people🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve been here once before and they were super helpful. But this time was definitely a poor experience. The only dude working there rocking the chain (I say this because he was the only one among the crew there that had one) needs to go back for customer service training. He was standing there not busy and I asked him for help. While he partially answered my question regarding an upgrade I still needed more information but before I could asked he walked off towards people who walked in and started to ask them questions even while I was still talking to him. So I definitely won’t be bringing my business back to this location because that was pretty crappy for this to happen.

Waited 2 weeks for a battery service replacement. The first time I came in they told me it would be a free battery repair under warranty, but they didn't have the part for me to get the repair on that same day. They told me they would contact me once they received it. However, they never contacted me. On the day I try to drop off my phone, they told me that they couldn't do the repair unless I pay more. It was originally supposed to be a free repair (I still have the receipt) but they told me they made a mistake on the original diagnostic. So I had to leave the store with a broken phone. Amazing experience!!! Will be going to a different store for future services. Good Job Apple!

I went in today and the Apple representative didn’t want to help me. She just brushed me away. I made an appointment and was told that they would reach out before appointment with questions regarding the appointment. No calls. I get there 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes and she just came to tell me I had to go to T-Mobile to use my 360 insurance. I canceled work appointments for this appointment a simple call would’ve helped or even if she even tried a bit to help. Didn’t even give me the option to file the claim there. Just brushed me away with a smile. Very disappointing. When I mentioned my schedule she said “Yupp we all have grown-uping to do”.
